Altered Frame

Hi everyone,

Today we are going to show you a very quick idea to alter a frame.

What you will need:

patterned paper (from ILS – Divine this Line)

quote ( it can be prineted from the internet, I used a qoute card from ILS Divine this Line)

Scrapfellow chipboard pieces

white acrylic paint

Black ink

background stamp

Step 1

Cover the frame messily with some white acrylic paint. When it’s dry, stamp the background stamp all over the front of the frame.

Step 2

Cut out a frame from patterned paper little bit smaller than the original frame. Distress the edges and ink it.

Step 3

Cut a 4″ x 6″ piece of patterned paper for the background. Stamp the background stamp on it. Layer another piece of patterned paper and the quote card.

Step 4

Place it into the frame after removing the plastic from from the frame.

Step 5

Gather some chipboard pieces from Scrapfellow. I really liked stars and arrows, and they match the paper too. Colour the chipboard pieces with marker in coordinating colours.

Step 6

Glue the chipboard stars in the frame and the arrows on the frame.

We hope you like this small idea.

Happy Crafting,
